About Tiana
Tiana's approach is rooted in bioindividuality (the belief that no two people are alike) and in the understanding that true wellness requires exploring not only the physical body but also the inner world of mindset, habits, and beliefs.
Coaching Philosophy
In her private practice, Tiana merges evidence-based nutritional therapy with the psychology of eating and coaching principles. She believes that in order to achieve lasting wellness, we must examine the unconscious patterns and stories that shape our behaviors. For women navigating midlife, this often means reframing their relationship with their body, energy, and identity. For athletes, it means exploring both the physical demands of performance and the mental/emotional landscape that supports resilience.
Tiana sees her role not as telling clients what to do, but as walking alongside them, offering tools, accountability, and compassion, so they can define and pursue success on their own terms.
Athletic Journey
Athletics have been a defining part of Tiana's life since childhood, from gymnastics and soccer to competitive swimming and skiing. As an adult, she fell in love with endurance sports and CrossFit, competing across the globe in Ironman triathlons. Over the years, Tiana has completed 13 full Ironman races and represented as a multi-time qualifier at the Ironman 70.3 and Ironman World Championships, including Kona in 2023. These experiences taught her the discipline of training, the joy of pushing limits, and the importance of recovery and balance...lessons she carries into her work with clients.
Beyond Coaching
When she's not working with clients or training, you can usually find her in the garden, enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Sean, and their three dogs, Sadie, Calli, and Kade. Whether camping, hiking, or paddleboarding, being in nature is where she reconnects and recharges.
