Program Overview
Each week blends structure with flexibility so you can make real progress — without adding more stress to your plate.

Here’s the rhythm:


  • Sundays: New lessons drop inside our private learning portal. Explore at your own pace — no information overload.
  • Tuesdays (5:00–6:30 PM PST): Live group call for coaching, reflection, and connection. Join live or catch the replay anytime.
  • Ongoing: Access to a private group chat for support, questions, and celebration. 

You’ll find every week organized into four pillars:

  • Fuel – Eat real food, mostly plants, in the right amounts. Restore balance through nourishment.
  • Frame – Strengthen your mindset and self-talk. Build compassion, curiosity, and consistency.
  • Flow – Create practical daily rhythms that fit your real life.
  • Weekly Practices – Choose 1–3 simple habits to test and keep what works for you.

This combination of education + reflection + practice is what makes change stick.
