Are you approaching, moving through, or past perimenopause or menopause and having symptoms you'd like to work on eliminating? Our book club is designed to provide accountability, journal prompts to provoke thoughts around your situation, and a supportive group where you can ask questions and discuss your findings. We meet 3x via Zoom to discuss all things "second puberty."

Your Real Food Rx
A 6-week program to better wellness!
Your Real Food Rx is a 6-week online program that is designed
to be a kick-start towards more optimal health! During our 6-weeks together, we focus on three main aspects of nutritional health: eating REAL food + our habits around grocery shopping, meals, and snacking + our beliefs and mindset around what healthy eating really means to us. We meet weekly via Zoom to discuss things like blood sugar balance, optimizing digestion, obtaining your essential nutrients through foods, and proper hydration habits. This program includes a 28-day clean eating challenge that encourages participants to eat nutrient-rich, whole foods and eliminate things like processed sugar, processed foods, and alcohol. After the 28-day clean eating challenge ends, we talk about the proper re-introduction of foods so you don't revert back to old habits. Live calls with coaches Erin and Tiana Held 1x per week from 5-6pm via Zoom January 2024 dates TBD |
