Your Real Food Rx
A 6-week program to better wellness!
Your Real Food Rx is a 6-week online program that is designed
to be a kick-start towards more optimal health! During our 6-weeks together, we focus on three main aspects of nutritional health: eating REAL food + our habits around grocery shopping, meals, and snacking + our beliefs and mindset around what healthy eating really means to us. We meet weekly via Zoom to discuss things like blood sugar balance, optimizing digestion, obtaining your essential nutrients through foods, and proper hydration habits. This program includes a 28-day clean eating challenge that encourages participants to eat nutrient-rich, whole foods and eliminate things like processed sugar, processed foods, and alcohol. After the 28-day clean eating challenge ends, we talk about the proper re-introduction of foods so you don't revert back to old habits.
